March 15, 2003 - An anarchist gets in front of a DC police officer on his motorcycle as he attempts to drive down 14th Street, NW in Washington, DC.  After a few minutes of yelling, the police officer turned around and did not attempt to break through the line set up by the protestors.  Anarchists were present at the day's protest march, but with the exception of tearing down snow fences, and blocking streets, did not cause a problem for the DC police. © Mike Lynaugh
