March 9, 2003 - An anti-war activist stands near the police line on the west lawn of the United States Capitol Building.  The police have permitted the anti-war march to come up to the lawn of the Capitol, however, if anyone attempts to cross their line, they will be immediately arrested.  © Mike Lynaugh
