The Robert E. Lee monument on Monument Avenue.  This photograph shows you the beautiful monument, landscaping and homes along Monument Avenue.  It is the reason it is the only street in the United States that is designated a National Historic Monument.  The Robert E. Lee statue is the centerpiece of this street.  It is also the only monument of Robert E.
